Een 2 seconden lange druk op de toets
De klemmen en het pistool van het apparaat zijn aangesloten aan dezelfde stroombron. Dit betekent dat tijdens het gebruik van één
van deze gereedschappen er ook spanning op de andere staat. Het gereedschap dat niet gebruikt wordt moet daarom op de daarvoor
bestemde steunen geplaatst worden. Wanneer dit niet gebeurt, kan het gereedschap ernstig beschadigd raken, en dit kan vonken of
metaal-projectie veroorzaken.

In de Handmatige module zal de maximaal toegestane intensiteit 9 kA zijn, tijdens ten hoogste 600 ms. De
instellingen op het scherm zijn dus geblokkeerd tot deze maximale waarden.

-. Het is mogelijk om de instellingen stroom en duur te wijzigen in de handmatige module.

Various elements may produce errors. They can be split into 4 categories :
1/ Warning messages designed to warn the operator of overheating, lack of pressure or power, etc.
These messages are displayed on the screen and remain visible until a button is pressed.
2/ The faults that occur in relation to insufficient air pressure or power supply.
3/ The serious faults that block the machine. In this case, contact the service department

The message «Battery low» is displayed when the machine is switched on and it indicates that the
battery on the command board is low. This battery is used to record the date and time when the
machine is switched off.
The message «Invalid tool» is displayed when the machine is switched on and indicates that a button
is pushed in, the trigger is pushed in or a permanent short-circuit. Check the trigger or the buttons on
the clamps to remove the message.
The arm used is not compatible with the welding mode selected.
1/ Check the weld
If the current obtained during a spot weld is lower than the expected value (6%), the machine dis-
plays the warning message «Low current, check the weld».
2/ Check the sheets
If the machine cannot deliver the current required, the error message «Low current, check the
sheets» is displayed. The weld does not happen and the fault must be skipped for the weld to happen.
