OPERATION
Recall function
If the hob was accidentally switched off through the On/Off key all settings can be restored using
the recall function.
1. Touch the On/Off key within 5 seconds.

The pause/recall indicator light will flash.
2. Confirm to continue by touching the pause key within 5 seconds.
Switch on the melting function
A temperature of 42 ºC (+/- 5 ºC) is maintained for melting food (depending on quality of used
cookware).
1. Switch on the hob and place a suitable pan on one of the cookings zones.
2. Touch the melting/keep warm key once.

The melting indicator light above the key comes on.
3. Touch the '-' or '+' key of the desired cooking zone.
The melting function is selected. The symbol 'u' appears in the display.

4. Touch the '-' or '+' key to switch off the melting function.
Zero (0) appears in the display.

Switch on the keep warm function
A temperature of 70 °C (+/- 5 ºC) is maintained for keep warm food (depending on quality of used
cookware).
1. Switch on the hob and place a suitable pan on one of the cookings zones.
2. Touch the melting/keep warm key twice.
The keep warm indicator light above the key comes on.

3. Touch the '-' or '+' key of the desired cooking zone.
The keep warm function is selected. The symbol 'U' appears in the display.
▷
4. Touch the '-' or '+' key to switch off the keep warm function.
▷
Zero (0) appears in the display.
