OPERATION
•
A cooking-timer can be set for each active cooking zone.
•
Both the cooking-timer as well as the minute minder can be set for a maximum of
99 minutes.
•
The minute minder works in the same way as the cooking-timer, but is not connected to a
cooking zone. When the hob is switched off the minute minder continues.
•
The minute minder can only be switched off or adjusted when the hob is switched on.
Using the minute minder
1. Switch on the hob.
2. Touch the timer key to switch on the timer.
In the timer's display flashes "00".

3. Within 10 seconds set a time with the '-' or '+' key of the timer.
When the time is set, it will begin to countdown immediately.

The timer alarm beeps after the set time has passed.

Touch any key to stop the alarm; alternatively it will switch off automatically after
2 minutes (switch Off time can be adjusted; see 'Settings').
The display will show the remaining time.

During the last minute of countdown, remaining time will be displayed in seconds.

Using the cooking timer
1. Switch on the hob and select a cooking zone and power level.
2. Touch the timer key to switch on the timer.
In the timer's display flashes "00".

3. Touch the timer key again.

The point from the relevant cooking zone next to the timer display and the time are
flashing.
Touch the timer key as many times as necessary, to select the cooking zone of which you

want to set the timer.
4. Within 10 seconds, set a cooking time with the '-' or '+' key of the timer.
When the time is set, it will begin to countdown immediately.

The point from the relevant cooking zone next to the timer display is flashing.
The cooking zone will switch off after the set time has passed.

The timer alarm beeps after the set time has passed.

Touch any key to stop the alarm; alternatively the alarm will switch off automatically after
2 minutes (the duration time of the alarm can be adjusted; see 'Settings').
Changing preset cooking time
The cooking time can be changed anytime during the operation.
1. Touch the timer key as many times as necessary, to select the zone of which you want to
adjust the timer.
The zone is identified by a flashing point next to the timer display.

2. Touch the '-' or '+' key of the timer to change the time.
