2. DESIGNATION
The machine represents a single-user household tool.
The machine is designed for processing of wood and similar materials (plywood, chipboard):
cutting or planing in order to shape the processed (manually supplied) blanks.
Do not use the machine other than intended. Do not process metals, asbestos-cement
materials, stone, soft plastic, rubber and other similar materials
The properly adjusted machine is suitable for performing the following operations:
• surface or edge shaping (planing);
• angle (arris) shaping (planing);
• cutting along and across wood fibers;
• cutting along fibers at an angle using guiding fence;
• cutting across fibers at an angle using an attachment.
3. GENERAL INFORMATION
The machine can be operated in open areas, under shelter, indoors, except dwellings.
Climatic usage conditions.
• sea level elevation – up to 1000 m;
• ambient temperature from +5°C to +40°C;
• relative air humidity – not more than 80% at ambient temperature of +20°C.
The machine is power supplied by single-phase AC network with protective (grounding)
conductor.
Equivalent and maximum sound levels are: 80 dBA and 90 dBA accordingly.
The machine has built-in shutdown device in case of induction motor overheating.
Re-engagement is performed after induction motor cooling down to ambient temperature.
For attachment of external exhaust units for dust and sawing wastes collection, the machine
has three junction pipes:
• pipe of 63 mm diameter on the casing for planing chips removal 41, fig. 1;
• pipe of 38 mm diameter on the casing 39 of circular saw blade 12, fig. 3;
• pipe of 28 mm diameter on the casing 5 of circular saw blade 12, fig. 3.
External exhaust unit should be suitable for sawing wastes removal.
Average service life of the machine is not less than five years.
