If necessary, stop the machine and turn the squeegee adjusting handwheel (35) so that the rear blade touches the ß oor along
all its length.
Adjustment of the detergent concentration in the solution
(For machines with Chemical Mixing System)
The system used to mix the detergent with the washing water can be activated by pressing the detergent ß ow control switch (A, Fig.
5): when one of the LEDs is on, the detergent is added to the washing water.

The average detergent concentration varies according to the illuminated sector (B), as shown in Þ gure 5.

Press the switch (A) to change the detergent concentration to reach the desired setting, or to reset (all LEDs off).
NOTE
Detergent percentage setting is stored into memory, even if the machine is turned off.
NOTE
The detergent concentration is kept constant even if the washing water fl ow is changed with the switches (C) or (D).
Working with brush/pad-holder extra pressure function turned on (only for SCRUBTEC R 466 / R 471 / BOOST

If the ß oor proves to be particularly difÞ cult to clean, it is possible to turn on the brush/pad-holder extra pressure function by
pressing the switch (67).
2.
To return to normal pressure, press the switch (67) again.
The switch (67) is enabled only when the deck (5 and 10) is lowered and the LED (64) of the switch (63) is on.
CAUTION!
In case of brush/pad-holder motor overload, due to foreign bodies which prevent them from rotating, or to
excessively aggressive fl oors/brushes, the safety system stops the brushes/pad-holders after about one minute
of continuous overload.
The overload is shown by the three battery warning lights (62) fl ashing simultaneously.
If the overload takes place when the extra pressure function is on, the system automatically reduces the
pressure on the brushes/pad-holders, thus turning the extra pressure function off. If the overload persists, the
brushes/pad-holders stop.
To start scrubbing again after a brush/pad-holder stop due to overload, stop the machine by turning the ignition
key (58) to "0". Turn on the machine by turning the ignition key (58) to "I".
