for ease of identification.
Note: The individual parts making up kits will appear below the kit part number as indented line
items.

Remove mounting bracket from vertical/horizontal assembly and attach to back of chair.
Reference pages 3-11.

Assemble vertical/horizontal assembly as described in Mounting Section of instructions.
Reference pages 7-11. Place vertical/horizontal assembly into mounting bracket.
4.
Attach base plate assembly and/or pads. Reference pages 14.
5.
Assemble and attach lateral and/or anterior support options.
Reference pages 15-18, 19-21.
6.
Adjust to user. Reference pages 22-26.
