Constant Watt workout
Select the W icon from the workout menu for a constant watt workout.
1. Select the output (wattage) with the selection knob, press the knob for confirming
the selection.
2. Set the duration of the workout.
3. Press START/STOP to start the training session.
Body Fat Analyses
For analysing your body fat the computer needs to be STOP in the modus before
following these steps:
4. Press the BODY FAT button and hold your hands firmly onto the hand sensors on
the handlebar.
5. The ---------- symbol appears. After 8 seconds your Body Fat Percentage (F) with
a symbol appears. Your BMI (B) value will also be displayed.
The chart below explains the symbol on your screen. It is also possible that one of
the following codes will appear.
E-1: The analysis can't be made because the sensors are hold incorrectly
E-4: The body fat percentage exceeds the measurable values.
