Heart Rate Controlled workout
Select the heart icon for a heart rate controlled workout in the workout menu. The
heart rate will be measured by a optional chest belt or by holding the hand heart
rate sensors within the handlebar. The computer will automatically calculate your
maximum heart rate by using information from your user profile. The maximum heart
rate is a calculation of 220 minus your age.
1. Your able to choose between three different percentage of your maximum heart
rate: 55%, 75%, 90% or select TARGET where you can set a specific percentage.
Press the selection knob to ENTER.
2. Select the training duration (TIME) with the selection knob.
3. Press START/STOP to start the training session.
When the computer doesn't receive a heart rate pulse for a duration of 5 seconds it
will show a error code. When this happens check if the chest belt is worn correctly.
Below is an example of the 55% heart rate controlled program.
User programmed workout
In the workout menu select the U icon for a user programmed workout.
4. The program is built on 8 segments. Of each segment the resistance (level) can be
entered. Switch between segments by pressing the selection knob and adjust the
level by rotating the selection knob.
5. When you have setup the segments press and hold the selection knob for 4
seconds.
6. Now you can set the workout duration.
7. Press START/STOP to start the training session.
During the training you can adjust the resistance by rotating the selection knob.
