Pull out the oil dipstick. First clean with a cloth, afterwards pull in the dipstick
to check the oil level. These must be visible until the top indication point (see
users manual fuel engine). Refill oil if necessary. Check the oil level again
afterwards.

The operating hours counter is mounted on a support below , near the fuel
engine. The counter indicates the number of hours that the machine has been
used. Indication: xxx (Hours) : xx (Minutes).
SPRAYING TOOLS
The high pressure hose must be coupled turnable to the spray gun. Mount
(tighten) also the spray lance to the spray gun. The high pressure spray gun has
been carried out with a (grey) handle.
• No spraying: release the lever in the handle.
• Spraying: pressing the lever in the handle.
• Spray security: slap the block-system out in the lever.
• The machine is standard provides with one or two spray lances.
At use of reel(s) (optionally): always unroll the reel hose(s) completely during
spraying activities to ensure an optimal performance!
Check during praying regularly or the lance coupling still sits firmly
on the spray gun.
SET TO WORK
Put the high pressure cleaner as much as possible in a horizontal position.
Connect the spray gun with the high pressure hose (without spray lance) to the
high pressure cleaner. Open the fuel tap (if present). Turn the main switch to
position ON (PTL-M) or turn on the key contact (PTL-L). Starts the engine with
key (electrically) or with the start rope (manually) until the engine starts. First
choke @ cold start! Put the choke (FIG 1 & 2) in the open position while the
engine is warming up. After a longer period of non-use or at the first start of the
engine, run at low speed and without load during 20 seconds (PTL-L)! At PTL-M,
the motor goes automatically to idle speed (via ETC) at not operating the spray
gun. Aim the spray gun in to the free space and operate the spray gun until
the water jet is completely de aerated (+- 30 sec.). Turn the operating switch/
key contact to position OFF. Connect the spray lance to the spray gun. Start
the engine again and move the throttle lever to the quick position. Next, close
the choke lever again. When the spray gun will be released, the cleaner will go
in automatic speed control. The engine will turn idle by means of the pressure
control. Operate the spray gun and check the working pressure on the pressure
gauge. Adjust if necessary the pressure regulator for the right spray pressure.
Never turn the motor without an air filter, since
these lead to a quick wear of the motor.
TURN OFF THE CLEANER
Do not choke the carburetor, to stop the engine. Turn the key contact to the OFF
position. Move the operating switch to the OFF position. Put the throttle control
in the SLOW position. Aim the spray gun in to the free space and operate the
spray gun until the water jet is completely de aerated (+- 30 sec.). Close the fuel
tap (as wished). Remove the key contact (out of reach) (PTL-L).
PUMPS HT
There must be present a pre- pressure (pump) at HT pumps (pumps with high
temperature). The pre- pressure (pump) must provide for sufficient flow of
DiBO 20
