Problems with the oven
The oven light does not work.
The oven does not heat up.
The electronic timer cannot
be operated. There is a key
symbol in the display.
A visit by a service technician during the warranty period will be charged if the appliance
is not functioning because of improper use!
Possible cause
Supply voltage or frequency is
different from the rated values.
Internal temperature of the
hob is too high.
Communication error of the
touch control.
Temperature sensor of the
zone defective.
Defective generator.
Possible cause
The oven light is defect.
No temperature set.
Electronic timer active.
The key lock is active.
Solution
Switch off the hob and let
it cool down (H disappears
from the displays). Switch
on the hob. If the same error
is displayed again, call an
authorised service agent.

Solution
Replace the oven light.
Set the temperature using the
temperature knob.
Set the electronic timer to
