USE
Stationary, precise cutting of wood and wood-product
lengths and shapes in a home environment.
The tool and accessories (follow manufacturer's
instructions) should be used only as intended. All other
uses are expressly excluded.
LASER BEAM (22)
The light from the laser beam allows you to line up
precisely the cutting angle and the exact position of the
workpiece on the bench.
The laser beam can be switched on as required: Press
(23) to turn the laser on and press the switch again to
turn the laser off. The network cable supplies power to
the laser. The laser beam should be aligned before being
used for the first time.
Set bench (3) to angle position 0°.
Loosen off laser-alignment screw (a) slightly (Fig. 7).
Switch the laser on and align the beam so that it points
exactly at the 0° gauge mark of mitre cut adjuster.
PREPARATION
Insert rubber feet (26) supplied in their holes on the
lower side of bench (3) (Fig. 6).
Insert extension arm (13) for large workpieces in the
right and left holes in the bench.

Slide side stop (21) onto the yolk of one of the
extension arm (Fig. 1) and fix in any position using
the lock nut.
Fasten workpiece mounts with extension arm
clamps as per Fig. 6 to stop them falling out.
If needed, insert clamp (15) in right or left holder (14).
The tool should always be mounted securely using
bolt holes (11) on a firm surface such as a workbench.
WARNING
Use the tool only in dry, well-lit surroundings.
Insert the Rear Anti-Tip (28) through the holes on
base, then use the pin (a) to fix it (Fig. 8).
Pull out saw head lock bolts (8) and guide saw
head up to its starting position.
Press the workpiece firmly against fence (4).
Fix both large and small workpieces in position with
screw clamp (15).
Do not remove workpieces from the bench until the
tool has come to a stop.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
SWITCHING ON
Press and hold trigger switch (1). Allow tool to reach
maximum speed. Pull lower guard lock lever (2) and
slowly bring saw head to the workpiece. Use light
pressure to cut.
SWITCHING OFF
Release ON/OFF switch and use handle to guide saw
head back to its starting position.
SETTING CUT ANGLE
Switch tool OFF and remove power cord from outlet.
Vertical bevel cut 45°-90°/0°
Release lock lever (19) and use handle (27) to turn
bench (3) left or right, until the mark aligns over the
desired angle. Use the laser beam if necessary.
Adjust mitre cut angle snap into 5° notches but
intermediate angles can be set with out using the
notches. Retighten lock lever.
Horizontal bevel cut 45°-90°/0°
Slacken off lock (18) on back of tool. Swing saw head
horizontally to desired cut angle. Retighten lock.
