ANNEX 1 - PAIRING AN RF DEVICE
NOTES Before pairing an RF device to a zone, make sure another device has not already been assigned to the
zone.
If this procedure has already been carried out for the selected zone, the new device will replace the old
one.
To pair an RF device to a zone, proceed as follows.
From Connect CRP:
• Access the "TECHNICAL" menu (see "6.1 Accessing the TECHNICAL menu" on page 111)
• Follow the path
MENU >> TECHNICIAN >> INSTALLATION >> ZONE MANAGEMENT >> (CHOOSE THE DESIRED
ZONE) >> RF DEVICES >> CRX ZONE or VALVE 1
• Press the
button: the message "RF DEVICE PAIRING IN PROGRESS ..." will appear on the screen
From CONNECT CRX ZONE:
• Press button B on the thermostat for 1-2 sec.
• Wait for the pairing to end.
If the pairing occurs without problems, a screen with
green background will appear with the message OK.
In case of problems during pairing, a screen with red
background will appear with the message KO.
In the latter case, try repeating the operation, starting
from point 2
From C-TRV:
Carry out the pairing procedure described in the refer-
ence manual.
The Connect CRP will signal correct pairing via an "OK"
message or "KO" in case of error.
In the latter case, try repeating the operation.
NOTE
Before pairing an RF device, make sure it has been reset.
