5.11 ALARM DISPLAY
When an alarm occurs, the top bar turns red and the
Alarm symbol appears
Move to this symbol with the
press the
button to access a screen where it is possi-
ble to read the error code in progress.
From the code it is possible to know the type of error and find out the device that caused it.
The error coding is as follows:
Error Code Table
Device generating the error
Heat pump (e.g. E8)
Boiler (e.g. F37)
RF device
For RF devices the coding will have the meaning shown in the table:

NOTE
In case of alarms due to an RF device, in addition to the error code, the name of the relevant zone and
the description of the error will appear.
NOTE
If more alarms occur at the same time, a message will appear on the scrollbar indicating the presence
of more faults in progress. In this case, by pressingor the
scroll the list of errors.
NOTE
If the message "COMMUNICATION LOST" appears on the monitor, the error is due to communication
between the Connect CRP and the unit. In this case, check the MODBUS connection.
