MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Before you carry out any work on the unit, always pull the mains
plug out of the socket!
The HEBEFIX MINI requires very little maintenance if used
properly and for its intended purpose. Nevertheless, the system
should be checked at least once a year to ensure that all of the
connections are tightly sealed and to remove any deposits in the
tank.
If the activated carbon filter is used, we recommend that you
change this once a year, or immediately if unpleasant odours
occur.
Clearing blockages in the case of a
malfunction
1. If a hose has been installed for emergency drainage, you can
drain the accumulated water from the tank into a flat contain-
er and then seal the end of the hose again.
2. Unscrew the cover.
3. Open the maintenance cover, which is now visible.
4. The float switch inside the unit must be clean and able to
move freely. If necessary, clean the inside of the unit and the
suction area below the pump.
5. The ball in the vent must be able to move freely. If necessary,
remove the rubber sealing plug and clean the vent pipe.
6. Reattach both of the lids and carry out a test to make sure
that the system operates properly.
If the malfunction persists, please call customer service.
