7. Start-up
7.1 General information
Before the system start-up, both the lubri-
cant cartridge and the DIP switch positions
have to be verified with the intended use.
In addition, the electric and hydraulic con-
nections are to be checked.
Prior to commissioning, ensure that:
○ the grease in the lubricant cartridge is
suitable for the intended purpose.
○ the correct cartridge size is set.
○ the correct dispensing time is set.
○ the system has been ventilated.
○ a reset procedure has been carried out.
○ all electrical and hydraulic connections
are correctly connected.
○ bayonet plug and if applicable the battery
compartment are correctly mounted.

7.2 Switching on
Set the DIP switch to the ON position.
