Analogue/U
: Prevent interferences. Avoid laying long lengths of parallel lines, especially
P0
next to the mains. Twist the pairs.
COMmander 6000R/RX: For a structured cable installation, CAT 5 cables and CAT 5 wall
sockets are used instead of the cables and wall sockets listed here. The line length of all
applicable terminals must be taken into account. To connect an analogue device, a
commercially-available adapter may be necessary.
The terminal clamps on the modules are removable to facilitate installation.
Accessories and service parts can be bought at specialised stores.
Network Provider at the External S
Connection possibilities:
• Primary Multiplex Interface e. g.
– NTPMX-GE (NTBA with RJ-45 socket)
– NTPM (NTBA with connection plate)
– NTPMKU (NTBA with T-shaped mounting element and copper connection)
– NTPMKU (NTBA with T-shaped mounting element and optic fibre connection)
Requirements:
• Enabled NTPM operating voltage on the S2M module in as far as the
NTPM is not powered by a separate power plug
Note: When using this operating voltage, the UB+ and UB- contacts
on the S
module must be connected to the NTPM.

If the connections have a slight distance, a
direct connection via the RJ45 socket can
be made. You need a NTBA with RJ45
socket and an appropriate cable.
If the connections have a greater distance,
then a cable must be laid fixed on the
terminal clamps of the S
NTPM terminal diagram in the
documentation provided by the
manufacturer.
