• Attention: Milk proteins "froth" with a temperature up to 77°C. Once this temperature is exceeded, the
milk does not froth any further.
• Advice: When the milk frothing is finished, slightly shake the frothing container in order to make the milk
bubbles ascend to the surface and to get a compact milk froth.
• After frothing the milk, release steam into the drip tray to avoid blockage of the steam nozzle. Wipe the
nozzle.
Cappuccino preparation step by step
1 Prepare a portion of espresso (about 1/3 of the cappuccino cup) using a cappuccino cup.
2 Froth milk in a separate container.
3 Fill the cup with the espresso and the frothed milk. Do not pour the milk but "shake" it into the cup. If
necessary, use a spoon to "scoop" the milk into the cup.
