13. Troubleshooting
LED "12 V" not lit
• The 12 V output of the emergency power supply is overloaded (too high power consumption
of a connected device) or short circuit.
• Check if the LED plugs are correctly connected to the main circuit board of the emergency
power supply.
"AC Power" LED not lit
• Use a suitable meter to check whether mains voltage is present to operate the emergency
power supply.
• Try replacing the emergency power supply fuses, see chapter 12.
• Check if the LED plugs are correctly connected to the main circuit board of the emergency
power supply.
Lead battery support time too short
• The support time that can be achieved depends on the capacity of the lead battery used and
the power consumption of the connected consumers.
• Check the lead battery used, try charging it completely with a conventional lead battery
charger. Always disconnect the lead battery from the emergency power supply when
charging it with another charger!
Door opener is not working correctly
• Check whether the wiring is connected to the right connection / switching channel.
