b) Door Opener with Code Lock with Relay Output (Timer Operation
via Code Lock)
The emergency power supply has two connection / switching channels that are independent
of each other. Observe the labelling on the board for using the correct channel each!
If a code lock is to be installed on the outside in addition to the conventional door opener
buttons ("N.O"-button, closer) inside, observe the following wiring example:
It depends on the door opener used, which contact ("N.C." or "N.O.") is used.
Door opener with "Fail Safe" function: If no battery voltage is applied, the door opener is
"open", i.e. the door can be opened. Use screw terminal "N.C." for connection.
Door opener with "Fail Secure" function: If no battery voltage is applied, the door opener
is "closed", i.e. the door can not be opened. Use screw terminal "N.O." for connection.
