General Warnings
This appliance is not designed to be used by people (including children)
of reduced physical, sensory or mental capacity, or those lacking pre-
vious experience or knowledge unless they have received prior instruc-
tion or supervision from someone responsible for their safety, about
the use of the appliance. Children must be supervised to ensure they
do not play with the appliance. This appliance may be used by children
of at least 3 years of age and by persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lacking experience or knowledge, if they are
properly supervised or if they have been given instructions on the safe
use of the appliance and are aware of the risks involved. Children must
not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance by the user
must not be carried out by unsupervised children.
Children between the ages of 3 and 8 are only allowed to operate the
tap connected to the water heater.
INSTALLATION
WARNING: The product is heavy, handle with care.
• Install the appliance in a frost-free location (minimum 4°C to 5°C).
• The warranty does not cover destruction of the appliance through
excess pressure caused by a blockage in the safety valve.
• Ensure the room is well-ventilated. The temperature of this room
should not exceed 35°C.
• In a bathroom, do not install this product in volumes V0, V1 and V2
(see figures on page 5). If the dimensions do not allow it, they can
nevertheless be installed in volume V2.
• Ensure that the wall is capable of supporting the weight of the water
filled appliance.
• Fixing a vertical wall-mounted water heater: To allow for possible
exchange of the heating element, leave a clearance of 300mm below
the ends of the water heater tubes up to 100L and 480mm for larger
capacities.
• This device is intended for use at a maximum altitude of 3000m.
