In case of pressures above
7 bar, it is recommended
to equip supply hoses with
a safety cable (e . g . a wire
rope) .
Avoid over‑stressing the
piping system by using flexible
hose connections to prevent
kinking .
Use a residual current circuit
breaker with a trigger current
of 30 mA or less . Using a
residual current circuit breaker
reduces the risk of an electric
shock
.
Check that the data on the
rating plate is identical to
the mains data before you
connect the product to the
mains socket .
Avoid long air lines and
supply lines of the extension
cord .
Make sure that the intake air
is dry and dustfree .
The product may only be used
in suitable rooms with good
ventilation and an ambient
temperature from +5 °C to
+40 °C . There must be no
dust, acids, vapours, explosive
gases or inflammable gases in
the room .
Only use the product in dry
rooms . It is prohibited to use
the product in areas where
work is conducted with
sprayed water . Do not install
the product in a damp or wet
room .
The product may only be
used outdoor briefly when the
ambient conditions are dry .
Long supply cables, extension
cords, cable reels etc . cause
a drop in voltage and can
impede motor start‑up .
Residual risks
Even if you are operating this product in
accordance with all the safety requirements,
potential risks of injury and damage remain .
The following dangers can arise in connection
with the structure and design of this product:
Unintentional starting up of the product .
Damage to hearing if the stipulated hearing
protection is not worn .
Dirt particles, dust etc . can get into the eyes
or face despite wearing safety goggles .
Inhaling swirled up particles .
