Symptom
Device doesn't work properly.
Height adjustment doesn't work.
The base legs doesn't spread.
Problem with moving device.
Diagnose the stand-up lift
In case of problems with height adjustment
please complete following steps:
Step 1:
• Check the battery level on the hand control.
If any led is lighting, please check the battery
with the volt meter,
• If the battery is empty, please charge it,
• If after a few hours the battery is still empty,
please check if the charger is working cor-
rectly by using the voltmeter. If the charger
is ok, you have to replace the battery for a
new one.
Step 2:
If battery level is correct, check the wires are
connected properly to the control box in the
bottom part of the device.
Possible cause - solution
Diagnose the mobile lift.
Replace main actuator.
Replace secondary actuator.
Check/replace castors.
