Switching on 'boost'
You can use the 'boost' function to cook at the highest power level for a short period of time
(10 minutes). After the maximum boost time has passed, the cooking zone will switch off.

1. Turn the control knob to the P position.

A acoustic signal will sound.
The 'boost' function is now active and 'P' appears in the display.

After ten minutes the boost function stops and 'o' appears in the display.

2. Turn the knob to '0' to switch off the cooking zone.
Three acoustic signals will sound.

After a few seconds, the hob will switch to standby.
▷
Not all 4 zones can be set to setting 9 (or boost) at the same. The 4 zones can be set
to a maximum of setting 4 at the same time. Another zone needs to be reduced or
switched off first if a higher setting is desired. The appliance will beep and in the display
symbol 'r' and the selected power will start to flash. You should then set the zones to
a lower setting!
