Problem: The blades stay open during rain
Solution:
1. Check if the roof element is not blocked, noticeable by the lock symbol (see p. 135).
2. Check whether a rain cloud appears on the control screen of the roof element.
3. If yes, check if the element is linked to the rain function in the app.
You can find it in the following menu: Settings ➞ My outdoor ➞ Sensor settings
With connected elements, the Camargue Skye roof must be active
4. Check that there is no other meteorological condition present that has priority over rain, e.g. wind, snow, frost.
If there is also wind at that time, the wind has priority.
5. If the rain symbol doesn't appear, check the operation of the sensor (see previous problem: The rain sensor doesn't work
properly).

Problem: The covering moves differently than what I am
asking
Solution:
Your covering will most likely be calibrating before executing your requested command.
After every power failure and software update that was sent via internet, the covering will
first have to calibrate.
This calibration will come into effect with the next operation.
This can be a manual operation by the user (via app, push buttons or home automation).
However, it can also be an automatic operation when the weather changes.
When calibrating, a message is displayed on the app. It is recommended to fully perform
this calibration.
