Problem: The rain sensor doesn't work properly
Solution: The following connections are required for the rain sensor to function properly:
∫ The rain sensor must be connected to one of the Camargue Skye's controls.
∫ One of the Camargue Skye's controls must be connected to the Outdoor Connect with the
Renson network cable.
∫ Outdoor connect does not have to be connected to a router with internet (but it does for wind, snow and frost).
Check whether the rain function is active in the app. You can find it in the following menu: Settings ➞ My outdoor ➞ Sensor settings.
With connected elements, the Camargue Skye roof must be active.

You have 4 possible preferred positions for rain:
fully closed roof
extended roof (blades vertical)
roof fully open (blades stacked)
roof closed, blades rotated 2°
2°
You can then test the rain sensor by placing your hand on
the sensor. After a few seconds, the roof should move to the
preferred position. After 30 sec., the surface area of the sen-
sor should be noticeably warmer. In the app, the rain symbol
appears on the control screen of the Camargue Skye roof
element.
As a user, you can stop and take control of the movement
at any time.
