First use
Set the on / off switch on the back of the treadmills motor cover to "I". Then place
the safety key into the provided slot at the front of the computer and attach the clip
on the other end to your clothes.
During the start up of the computer it will show the current software version
together with the total distance and exercise time. Now you are able to setup you
user profile by entering personal information; gender, age, height and weight. These
settings are used for calculating your maximum heart rate needed for the heart rate
controlled programs and for the body fat test.
1. First set your gender by rotating the Smart Wheel. Enter by pressing the Smart
Wheel.
2. Set your age by rotating the Smart Wheel. Enter by pressing the Smart Wheel.
3. Set your height by rotating the Smart Wheel. Enter by pressing the Smart Wheel.

The current incline level.
The elapsed or remaining distance.
The elapsed or remaining time.
You heart rate in Beat Per Minute (BPM) measured by the
hand pulse sensors or by an optional Flow Fitness Chest Belt.
An indication of the burned calories.
Your target heart rate and the percentage of your calculated
maximum heart rate. This window is only visible with the heart
rate controlled programs.
Current speed in KPH.
