4. Use
During the training session the speed and incline of the current segment can be
changed with the Smart Wheel or by the quick keys in the hand rail. The training
session is finished when the set time has been elapsed.
HRC - THR Heart Rate Controlled program
With the program you can excise using your hear rate. The treadmill computer will
automatically and gradually change the incline and speed to maintain the set heart
rate. The heart rate can be set at 60% or 80% of your calculated maximum heart rate
(HRC). You are also able to set your own target heart rate (THR). Seclect HRC in the
main menu turning and pressing the Smart Wheel.
Training at 60% or 80% of your maximum heart rate:
3. Select "HRC 60 PCT" or "HRC 80 PCT" by rotating the Smart Wheel. Confirm by
pressing the Smart Wheel.
4. Set the desired training duration by rotating the Smart Wheel. Confirm by pressing
the Smart Wheel.
5. The computer now shows the calculated target heart rate, press START to start
the training session.
Target Heart rate
1. Select "THR 133" by rotating the Smart Wheel. Confirm by pressing the Smart
Wheel.
2. Set the desired training duration by rotating the Smart Wheel. Confirm by pressing
the Smart Wheel.
3. Set the desired target heart rate (default 133 BPM) by rotating the Smart Wheel.
Confirm by pressing the Smart Wheel.
4. Press START to start the training session.
The heart rate can be measured by wearing an optional Flow Fitness chest belt or
by holding the hand pulse sensor during the complete training excise. De computer
will calculate the your maximum heart rate according to the settings entered in your
user profile.
The training is finished when the set time has elapsed.
