4.1 Assembly
Step 1: Assembling the computer posts
This chapter describes how to assemble the DTM3500 treadmill. Before assembling
remove all parts from the box and make sure there is enough space available for
the assembly. Due to safety reasons and to prevent damaging, we advise you to
assemble the treadmill with two persons.
1. Place the main frame in an area where you have enough room to assemble the
product.
2. Slide the left computer post (3) into the main frame and fasten the four M8 bolts
(7) with spring washers (8) and washers (9) as displayed in the illustration below.
3. Before assembling the right computer post (4) join the connector (115) to
connector (116) and connector (133) to connector (134) as shown within the
illustration below. Then slide the right computer post (3) into the main frame and
fasten the four M8 bolts (7) with spring washers (8) and washers (9).
4. After assembling the computer posts (3) the covers (52R) and (52L) can be
assembled by fastening the four M5 bolts (42).
