Solution or washing water tank fi lling
NOTE
If the machine is equipped with Chemical Mixing System (adjusting knob (77) (optional)) the tank must be fi lled with
clean water, otherwise the tank must be fi lled with solution.
1.
(For machines without Chemical Mixing System)
Use the fi ller neck (37) to fi ll the tank (20) with a solution suitable for the work to be performed.
Do not fi ll the solution tank completely, leave a few centimetres from the edge. Use the removable hose (17) as reference.
Always follow the dilution instructions on the label of the chemical product used to prepare the solution.
The solution temperature must not exceed 40°C.
WARNING!
Use only low-foam and non-fl ammable detergents, intended for automatic scrubber applications.
(For machines with Chemical Mixing System)
Fill the tank (20) with clean water by using the fi ller neck (37).
Do not fi ll the clean water tank completely, leave a few centimetres from the edge.
The water temperature must not exceed 40°C.
Detergent tank fi lling (For machines with Chemical Mixing System)
1.
Open the cover (22) and check that the recovery tank (21) is empty, otherwise empty it with the drain hose (16).
2.
Carefully lift the tank (40).
3.
Open the plug (46).
4.
Fill the tank (45) with a detergent suitable for the work to be performed (highly concentrated detergent).
5.
Do not fi ll the detergent tank completely, leave a few inches from the edge.
CAUTION!
Use only low-foam and non-fl ammable detergents, intended for automatic scrubber applications.
NOTE
In case of new system, system emptied for cleaning, etc., wait for the hoses to fi ll up, before starting the Chemical Mixing
System.
