Problem

Remedy
Insert the plug into a wall socket.
See Assembling the appliance.
Put the switch to position 'R'. The appliance runs in
reverse, resolving the blockage.
Let the appliance cool down for 30 minutes and
press the reset button at the base of the drive unit.
Switch off, disconnect from the mains and allow to
cool down for at least 30 minutes.
