9.4 Measuring performance automatically
In automatic measuring mode, the meter performs solar panel measurements in a
loop until you stop the loop. Every loop starts with a 3s measurement and all con-
secutive measurements last for 15s.
The countdown on the display indicates the remaining seconds until a measure-
ment run is complete.
Preconditions:

You have performed the pre-measurement performance checks. Refer to

1. Press the POWER button to switch on the meter.
2. Activate the automatic test mode by pressing and holding the button
AUTO/MANUAL.

The display shows "AUTO".

The meter starts the measurement runs.

If a test is complete, the display shows "Test Completed".
3. (If needed) Switch to the manual measurement mode by pressing the button
AUTO/MANUAL.
4. After completing measurements, switch the tester off by pressing and holding
the button POWER.
5. Disconnect the test leads.
Freezing measurements
You can temporarily freeze displayed values as soon as a measurement run com-
pletes.
1. Press the button HOLD to temporarily freeze the display with measurement
results.
