Self-protection:
Manual performance measurements put stress on the meter. The meter has a
self-protection mechanism that limits the number of measurements that you can
perform within a certain time frame. The self-protection mechanism works as
follows:
– If Pmax <100 W, you can take measurements without limitation.
– If Pmax ≥100 W, you can take 1x measurement every 15 seconds. After the
first measurement is taken, any additional measurements attempted within
the next 15 seconds are blocked. The display flashes 3x times to indicate a
blocked measuring attempt.

You have performed the pre-measurement performance checks. Refer to

1. Press the POWER button to switch on the meter.

The display shows "MANUAL".
2. Wait for 3 seconds before you start the measurement.
3. Start a measurement by pressing the button AUTO/MANUAL.

If a test is complete, the display shows "Test Completed".
4. After completing measurements, switch the tester off by pressing the button
POWER.
5. Disconnect the test leads.
