7.2. CHANGE OF CYLINDERS/CYLINDER BUNDLES

Close shut-off valve B and the isolating valves on the empty cylinders.
Open purge valve C to vent any excess gas within the high pressure hose.
Close purge valve C and disconnect high pressure hose from cylinders or cylinder bundles.
Re-place empty cylinders with full ones.
Re-connect high pressure hose to cylinders or cylinder bundles.
Open cylinder valves slowly and leak test joints with 0.5% teepol in water solution.
Open valve B slowly, and the panel is ready to supply gas at 7 bar through the outlet con-
nection F. The cylinder pressure can be read on the inlet gauge D and the outlet pressure
on gauge E.
7.3. SHUT DOWN
For short term (hours) shutdown close shut-off valves B.
For long term (days) shutdown close shut-off valves B and the cylinder isolating valve.

8. ALARM CONDITIONS

8.1. ALARM PROCEDURE
On signal of alarm condition the appropriate visual indicator shall be illuminated and there shall
be an audible signal (like on the recommended accessory Gas alarm). The alarm condition shall
be recorded and the necessary action taken, as detailed in the sections below.
8.2. STATUS INDICATED BY ALARM
8.2.1. EMPTY CYLINDERS
The signal is given by pressure switch no. 1 in inlet side of panel
(see chapter Product description).
Replace the empty cylinders with full cylinders as described in chapter 7.
Check that the audible and visual alarms (on Gas alarm).
8.2.2. HIGH SUPPLY PRESSURE MM90 STANDBY WITH PRESSURE SWITCHES
The signal is given by pressure switch no. 2 in outlet side of panel
(see chapter 5.1. Product description).
Check that the regulator outlet pressure is as preferred. If not, reset the regulator by turning
regulator screw.
If you shortly after resetting the regulator have the same alarm condition again, the regulator
most likely has internal leakage. Replace the regulator with a new or refurbished unit.
8.2.3. LOW SUPPLY PRESSURE MM90 STANDBY WITH PRESSURE SWITCHES
The signal is given by pressure ssensor no. 3 in outlet side of panel
(see chapter 5.1. Product descrip tion).
Check that the regulator outlet pressure is as preferred. If not, reset the regulator by turning
regulator screw.
If you shortly after resetting the regulator have the same alarm condition again, the regulator
most likely has internal leakage. Replace the regulator with a new or refurbished unit.
8.2.4. MM90 STANDBY WITH 4 20mA PRESSURE SENSORS HIGH / LOW
DISTRIBUTION PRESSURE
The signal is given by pressure ssensor no. 2 in outlet side of panel
(see chapter 5.2.
