recipe - Batter for cupcakes
ingredients
•
2 eggs
•
145g castor sugar
•
1/2 sachet vanilla sugar
preparation
Put the sugar, the vanilla sugar and the butter in a bowl with a pinch of salt and whisk the ingredients with
a mixer in approximately 10 minutes into a creamy mass. Whisk through the eggs one by one. Wait with
adding the second egg until the first egg has fully blended with the mixture. Use a spatula to mix the flour
through in parts. Divide the mixture over the forms in the lower baking plate, preferably with a piping bag.
operAtion - Baking cupcakes
1. Prepare the cupcake batter using the recipe given on the packaging.
2. Preheat the appliance as explained in 'Preheating'.
3. Grease both baking plates. Use a brush to spread the oil or butter over the surface, or Place the paper
cake cases in the appliance.
4. Divide the mixture over the forms in the lower baking plate, preferably with a piping bag.
Do not use a plastic piping bag, it could melt when it comes into contact with the baking plates.

The normal preparation time is approximately 6 minutes. For evenly browned cupcakes you may
turn around the cupcakes and bake them for approximately 4 extra minutes.
•
During use the heating element will switch on and off to keep the temperature of the baking plate
constant. Consequently, the indicator light will also occasionally be illuminated.
6. Open the appliance once the cupcakes are ready.
7. Carefully remove the cupcakes with a fork; take care not to damage the non-stick coating.
8. Once you have finished baking cupcakes, remove the plug from the plug socket and open the
appliance to allow the baking plates to cool down.
