Burning point of the various types of oil
Burning point of separate kinds of oil. ATAG advises choosing an oil
based on the baking temperature to bake in a healthy way. Every kind of
oil has a different burning point at which toxic gases are released. You
can see the burning points of different kinds of oil in the table below.
