Temperature safety
Automatic shut-off
• If the connecting cable is damaged, it may only be replaced by the
manufacturer, the manufacturer's service organisation or equivalently
qualified persons, in order to avoid dangerous situations.
• Each cooking zone is provided with a sensor. This sensor
continuously checks the temperature of the bottom of the pan and
the parts of the hob to avoid any risk of overheating when a pan
boils dry for example. In case of temperatures rising too high, the
power of the cooking zone/hob is reduced or shut off automatically.
• If a cooking zone is on for an unusually long time, it will switch off
automatically.
• Depending on the setting you have chosen, the cooking time will be
limited as follows:

The cooking-time limiter switches the cooking zones off
automatically if the time in the table has elapsed.
