7. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
ATTENTION!
◊ Always turn the product off and wait for it to cool down before cleaning.
◊ Do not use an abrasive sponge or harsh cleaning agents that may scratch the
surface.
There is moisture under the
bottom of the pan.
At a lower cooking setting,
the electronics occasionally
switch off.
The product cannot detect
the pan because it is not
suitable for induction, is
too small for the cooking
zone or is not in the center
of the zone.
The automatic shutdown
has come on.
Cookware touches the
control panel causing it to
overheat.
Control panel is
inadvertently touched.
Voltage is incorrect.
Temperature is incorrect.
IGBT sensor is open or
shorted.
Dry the cooking zone and
the pan well.
This is normal.
Use suitable pans of the
right size and place them in
the center of the cooking
zone
Make sure the vents are
clear and the ambient
temperature is not too high
to prevent overheating.
Make sure that no pan is
too close to the panel.
Do not put anything on the
control panel and lock it so
that it is not inadvertently
touched.
Check the power supply
and then turn the product
back on.
Wait for the product to
cool down, then turn it
back on.
Call customer service or
qualified service personnel.
