Turn off large cooking zone
To use the flexible section as two different zones again, with different power settings,
press the buttons again simultaneously to select the upper and lower cooking zones.

5.6 Pause function
• Touch the pause button to temporarily stop the cooking zones from heating. All
displays will show "P." At this time, only the pause button and on/off button can
be operated.
• Touch the pause button again to deactivate the pause function. The displays
show the original setting and the cooking zones continue with the preset cooking
setting.
5.7 Locking
You can lock the control panel to prevent unintended use. When the lock is enabled,
you can only use the lock button and the power button.
Lock
• Press the lock button. The timer display indicates "Lo."
Unlock
1. Make sure the product is turned on.
2. Press and hold the lock button for a few seconds.
3. You can now use the product.
5.8 Power management
Enable power management
The product can be set to 7400W (2-phase) or 3500W (1-phase) total power. By
default, the product is set to 7400W. Follow the following steps to adjust it to
3500W.
1. Remove the plug from the outlet temporarily.
2. Plug the power cord back in but do not turn the product on.
