The control panel does
not work or is difficult
to operate.

top tip of your finger to
operate the buttons.
You have used pans or pots
with rough bottoms.

cleaner or scouring pad.
Stains may look like
scratches.
A 1-phase cooktop can
handle less constant power
and gets short bumps all
the time.
The noise occurs between
the pan bottom and the
cooktop or between 2
adjacent cooking zones.
The built-in ventilation
system is contracted
to keep the plate from
overheating. It may
still remain on after the
cooktop is turned off.
This may be due to the
construction of your pan.
Different material in the
pan bottom may vibrate
against each other.
Unlock the panel.
Dry the panel thoroughly.
Use your entire fingertip to
press the buttons.
Use cookware with a
smooth underside and do
not slide it onto the plate

induction. The noise should
decrease or disappear
when you turn it to a lower

a different material.
