STICKS AND FRENCH FRIES
Insert the horizontale blade using its straight micro
serrated side. Choose the required Julienne blade in
its storage box under the Mandoline .
Adjust the thickness (see the markers from 0 to 10
on the frame). Cut the product with up-and-down
movement.
Examples of Julienne cuts
To realize oversized French fries with the
10-mm Julienne blade, push down the
upper plate to the lowest level when you
adjust the thickness (press on the plate).
The upper plate and the Julienne blade go
down.
CRINKLE STICKS
It is also possible to cut CRINKLE STICKS: insert the horizontale blade
using its SERRATED side. Choose the required Julienne blade in its sto-
rage box under the Mandoline : for such cuts, it is possible to use Julienne
blades from spacement 4 mm.
THE CUTS
Be careful : stay always
in line when cutting
to avoid cutting dices/
losanges.
Use the stop of the slider
as a rest when Julienne
are cut.
