If the hook is still in the lower position, this means it has not been correctly
positioned.

Reinsert the brew group in the machine along the side guides until it locks in
the right position with a click.
Warning: do not press the PUSH lever.

Close the service door.
Lubricating the brew group
In order to ensure the perfect performance of the machine, it is necessary
to lubricate the brew group. Refer to the following table for the frequency of
lubrication.

Turn off the appliance and disconnect the power cord.

Remove the brew group and rinse it using lukewarm water (see the "Cleaning
the brew group under running water" chapter).

Apply a thin layer of the lubricant provided around the inserting pin on the
lower part of the brew group.
