5. UNINSTALLATION AND DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS
When you have installation problems with your Proxima USB Fax/Modem , you
need to uninstall the USB driver and install it once again. This uninstallation
guide is used to conduct the users to fully uninstall the Proxima USB
Fax/Modem properties in Windows 98.
5.1. Uninstall Procedure
Run UNSTALL.EXE on your Proxima USB Fax/Modem driver disk
Follow the quick start procedure, if you want to install the Proxima USB Modem
If you still have problems, please contact your local dealer. (NOTE: Your
computer should run under Windows 98 or Windows 95 with USB support)
5.2.Diagnostic Procedure
1.Go to Start/Settings/Control Panel/ and double click the Modem icon.
