Step 3
1. Slide the oval cover (28) over the handlebar post (29) (figure a).
2. Connect the computer cables (64) and (65) (figure b).
3. Assemble the handlebar post (29) to the main frame (1) by fastening curved
washers (13), spring washers (12) and Allen bolt (20).
