Cut the courgette into slices .
Add 2 tablespoons of water or
a knob of butter . Place them in
the bowl with lid . Cook them
with the lid on in the bowl until
they are al dente .

Cut the aubergine into thin
slices and sprinkle them with
1 tablespoon of lemon juice .
Place them in the bowl with lid .
Cook with the lid on the bowl .
Stir well after cooking .

Cut the onions into rings or half
rings . Add only 1 tablespoon of
cold water . Place them in the
bowl with lid . Cook with the
lid on the bowl . Stir well after
cooking .

Rinse the mixed vegetables and
clean them . Put the vegetables
in the bowl with lid . Add 1
tablespoon (for 0 .2 - 0 .3 kg) or 3
to 4 tablespoons (for 0 .4 - 0 .5 kg)
of water . Place the bowl with lid
in the centre of the baking tray .
Stir well after cooking .

Use the bowl with lid (please
note! the water volume of rice
doubles during cooking) . Cook
the rice with the lid on the bowl .
After cooking, drain off the
excess water . Add salt, herbs
and butter, stir the rice and let it
stand for a moment .
