7. Select the preferred workout session: Normal, Map or Plan. Then press the green START
button to start the training session.
8. During the training session you can operate the treadmill in the operation menu. With the sport
menu you are able to check your performance by viewing four selected values. Press onto the
values to change them. In the pace menu you can see your current pace. When you want to
quit your exercise press the red STOP button on your device or on the treadmill's computer. For
an emergency stop you can pull the safety key.
