Problem
My account has expired.
I can't log in to the account
administration page.
I purchased a SpeechLive service, but
the payment wasn't succesful.
My payment in the SpeechLive online
shop wasn't successful.
I accidentally purchased too many
speech recognition or transcription
service minutes.

Cause
• The last payment wasn't successful
and the email warnings have been
ignored.
• Your account has been terminated.
Dealer-activated account:
• There is no account administrator
available yet.
• Your account has expired.
Self-service account:
• The account administrator has
changed and the old administrator
didn't provide any login information.
• Your account has expired.
• Your credit card data has changed.
• Your credit card data has changed.
Solution
• If you want to continue using
SpeechLive, contact your local
SpeechLive support team.

SpeechLive partner to sign you up as
an account administrator.
