RUNNING
Plug into the socket paying attention not do damage the cable by squashing under the equipment.
The electronic control panel of the packaging machine is designed in accordance with the European
electrical safety rules. The electronic board is provided with the integrated system "E.V.C. VALKO". The
system guarantees the desired vacuum level with any condition of atmospheric pressure.
SETTINGS

Turn the main switch to power the equipment and the electronic board.

As soon as the board is powered the display shows "ON".
Push the selection key SEL to modify the parameters :
-
push one time to set the vacuum level (on the display the led VAC lights up).
-
push one more time the selection key SEL to set the sealing time (on the display the led SAL
lights up).
-
push SEL once again and the display returns to "ON".
VACUUM SETTING : Push the selection key SEL (on the display the led VAC lights up) and set the
required vacuum percentage by using the keys + and - (the vacuum level will be shown on the display).
SEALING TIME SETTING : Push the selection key SEL until the led SAL lights up and set the sealing
time by using the keys + and - (the time, in seconds, will be shown on the display and can be fixed
between 0 and 5 seconds).
As thicker the bag is, as longer must be the sealing time.

The modified program is saved by pushing the selection key SEL until "ON" appears on the
display.
NOTE: By keeping pressed at the same time the keys + and – for 5 seconds the machine
starts the pre-heating of 3 minutes of the pump (the display shows "Ut") : this function is
useful for the periodical drainage of the condensate present in the pump oil; furthermore it
helps pre-heating the pump properly above all in case of use of the machine in cold
environments.
START OF THE WORKING CYCLE

Turn the main switch to power the equipment and the electronic board.

When the electronic board is powered the display shows "ON".

Set all the desired parameters (see "SETTINGS"), introduce the bag to the chamber paying
careful attention to the indications showed in drawing 3.

Choose the required program by using the keys + and - and close the lid : the machine will
perform the working cycle according to the preselected program.

At the end of cycle (when the atmospheric pressure is re-established in the chamber) an
acoustic signal informs the operator that the lid is opening.

The button "STOP" stops the machine cycle immediately and the bag is automatically sealed.

This feature must be used for packaging of liquids that in vacuum conditions could boil and flow
out from the bag.
