Changing the punch guide
Option: SPNCN
CAUTION
Risk of damage to product and cutting tools!

Clean the threads before installing the securing screws.
▶
Always use the new securing screws supplied and tighten the screws to the specified tightening
torque.
1.Remove the die.
2.Remove the securing screws.
3.Lift off the punch guide.
4.Place the new punch guide in position.
5.Insert the securing screws and tighten them to the specified torque.

6.Reinstall the die.

1.Remove the securing screws.
2.Remove the punch guide and the die.
3.Check the wear plate for signs of wear.
Result
If clear signs of wear are visible:

Remove the wear plate and install a new replacement.
4.Clean the contact surfaces of the die bearing.
5.Use the pins to center the punch guide and the die.
6.Reinstall the securing screws and tighten until hand-tight.
7.Grease the guide surfaces of the punch guide.
8.Tighten the securing screws to the specified torque in diagonally opposite sequence.

Remove the battery/batteries.

from excessive shock and vibration and isolated from any conductive materials or other batteries
