Only now plug the power plug of the completely unwound power cord into a

suitable power outlet. The LCD screen lights up, indicating that the speed setting
is 1 by displaying a 1.
Vertically insert the blender into the blender jug. Only the blender shaft must be

placed in the liquid or food you wish to blend, not the motor unit!
Avoid tilting the blender.

Use the + or − button to select a speed between 1 and 16. You can read the
●
current setting from the screen.
You can adjust the speed up or down with the + resp. − button, there are
16 speed settings to choose from. Each press of the button will increase resp.
reduce the speed by one step. If you press and hold the button, the steps are
quickly counted up or down. The current speed is displayed on the screen.
If the correct speed setting is displayed, push the ON/OFF button into the posi

tion I and hold it there. The blender is only switched on while you keep the ON/
OFF button held down. As soon as you let go of it, the blender stops.
Start blending and shredding by making small movements up and down and

slightly turning the blender back and forth.
The operation time is counted up on the LCD screen in seconds and minutes.

If you want to change the speed while blending, release the ON/OFF button and
●
reset the speed with the + and − buttons. After that, push the ON/OFF button
back to the position I.
If you want to quit blending, let go of the ON/OFF button and wait for the
●
attachment to come to a complete standstill. Only then pull the blender out of
the mixture to prevent food splashing out of the blender jug.

Note: After 9 minutes and 59 seconds, the display switches back to 00 seconds
and the appliance switches off automatically. However, you should never use
the blender for more than 1 minute; if you wish to chop very hard foods,
do not use it for more than 10 seconds.
