Tip: To prevent vigorous splashes and dusting, e.g. caused by flour, we recom
mend fully submerging the egg whisks resp. dough hooks in the ingredients
before switching the mixer on. For the same reason, switch the appliance off
before taking the attachments out of the stirred ingredients.
Always start in the lowest speed and only increase the speed after the dry ingre
dients have been mixed in. When making heavy dough, we recommend using a
higher speed.
